Beyond business operations, Nissar is a practitioner of Mind Mastery and Hypnotherapy, a background that informs his commitment to social impact. His mission is to transform the financial culture of Kerala by creating 2 lakh job opportunities through Juspaid’s Satellite offices. Recognized with the Mangalam Daily Award in 2021, Nissar focuses on empowering individuals through the Juspaid Profile Maker, ensuring that growth at Juspaid translates into progress for the community.
